Contract Manufacturing

InterMet Africa offers full turnkey electronic contract manufacturing from prototypes right through to high volume production. Services include part procurement and management, assembly, testing, mechanical integration through to packaging and shipping.

InterMet Africa has a brand new automated SMD line which allows for high speed placement of components from 0201 up to 90mm including 0.4mm pitch BGA’s with placement accuracy of ±0.04mm. The line includes paste inspection as well as final automatic optical inspection. In addition to the above, InterMet Africa has environmental chambers for full product testing.

We have a full compliment of design and production engineers on site that can offer product design and production support.
